Hawaiian Vacation Prize Drawing – Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES
Participation or entry by individuals ("Entrant") constitutes full and unconditional agreement to
and acceptance of these Official Rules. Sweepstakes are sponsored by Leisure Trends, Inc.
d/b/a Leisure Trends Group, 1680 38th Street, Suite 110, Boulder, CO 80301 – the administrator of surveys –
and/or sponsors (collectively called "Sponsor").
How to Enter: You may enter by following the link in your invitation to the survey Web site.
All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
By completing the survey in its entirety, Entrant will be automatically entered.
Prize: A one-week stay at one of four Outrigger resorts in Hawaii ("Prize"), a $2,000 retail value,
will be awarded. One Prize will be awarded every 6 months as described in the section below entitled
"Selection of Winners." Prize is non-transferable/not saleable/non-assignable. All federal, state,
and/or local taxes related to the Prize are the sole responsibility of the sweepstakes winner ("Winner").
Prize does not include transportation to or from the Winner’s home to Hawaii or the Outrigger resort.
Selection of Winners: The Winner will be chosen by a random drawing from all eligible entries.
A Winner will be chosen on or about October 31 from those entries received between the prior April 1
and September 30 and on or about April 30 from those entries received between the prior October 1 and March 31.
The Winner will be notified via the method provided by Entrant as contact information and will have two (2)
weeks from the date they are notified to claim the Prize. Failure to respond within two weeks of notification
will result in the disqualification of the Winner and the selection of an alternate Winner. If the second
Winner drawn fails to claim the prize, the Prize will remain unclaimed. Once claimed, the Winner has one (1)
year to redeem the Prize, after which the Prize is null and void. There will be one (1) Prize associated with
all entries received during the period April through September, and one (1) Prize associated with all entries
received between October and March. The odds of winning either Prize depend upon the number of eligible Entrants
received for the sweepstakes during the applicable period.
Condition: By entering, each Entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of
Sponsor, which shall be final. Sponsor, agents and representatives of Sponsor, its parent company (if any),
affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not
responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network,
Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (ii) failed, incomplete, garbled,
or delayed computer transmissions; (iii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that
may cause the sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (iv) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind
arising in connection with or as a result of the Prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the Prize, or
from participation in the sweepstakes; or (v) any inadvertent printing or typographical errors in any
materials associated with the sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend
or cancel sweepstakes at any time if a computer virus, bug or other technical problem corrupts the
administration, security, or proper operation of the sweepstakes.
By participating in the sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees to release and hold Sponsor and the employees,
officers, directors, agents, its parent company (if any), representatives of Sponsor, its advertising,
promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights,
claims and actions of any kind in connection with the sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession,
or use of any Prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims
based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, and attorney fees and costs.
Survey completion is not necessary to enter the drawing. To become an Entrant without completing the survey,
print your name, address, city, state, zip code, and telephone number and the name of the survey you were
invited to complete on a 3" x 5" card and mail it to:
